1. Minimum Investment Amount:
 The minimum investment required is ₹30,000.
2. Investment Duration & Returns:
 The investment period is 6 months.
 The company will provide a monthly return of 10% to 15%, depending on market
conditions.
 The investor agrees to accept the return percentage without dispute or harassment.
3. Monthly Payout:
 Monthly payouts will be processed within the first week of each month.
 Investors have the option to hold their profit for up to 6 months. However, profits
will not be compounded, and returns will be calculated on the initial investment
amount.
4. Withdrawal Policy:
 The invested amount cannot be withdrawn before the completion of the 6-month
tenure.
 If an investor chooses to withdraw before 6 months, a penalty of 50% of the
investment amount will be applied.
5. No-Loss Guarantee:
 The company provides a no-loss guarantee.
 In case of any loss, the company will bear the loss and return only the initial
investment amount.
 The investor agrees to accept this condition and will not claim any additional
compensation.
6. Return of Initial Investment:
 After the completion of 6 months, the initial investment amount will be returned to
the investor.
7. Investor Agreement:
 By investing, the investor acknowledges and agrees to all the above terms and
conditions.
 The company holds the right to modify these terms if necessary, with prior
notification to investors.
8. Legal Compliance:
 The investor confirms that the funds invested are legally acquired and comply with all
applicable financial regulations.
 Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration as per prevailing laws.
By proceeding with the investment, the investor fully agrees to the above terms and conditions.
